Our Mission is to provide a comprehensive program of services and therapeutic activities designed to keep our participants fully engaged, active and healthy. Our full time social worker provides assistant with a number of social service-related needs.
Our licensed registered nurses provide an individual assessment and plan of care for each participant. The range of services specified in the care plan are tailored to meet the specific need of each person including services such as:
